The Cookie Technique private clients get 5 months one-on-one transformational training . Each month provides 2 in person sessions, 2 zoom sessions, unlimited Marco polos and texts.
The private program is for those who want to completely transform their lives through a new way of being in their day to day life, dance, sensuality AND sexuality, balancing masculine AND feminine energy all the while diving deep to enjoy who they’ve always deep down yearn to be.
Throughout the series and time with Mitzi you will learn how to build your confidence, your self-awareness, and embrace your inner Lioness. Each week‘s lessons cover a specific topic, customized to your specific needs and concerns. Using custom created pole, chair , wall dance maybe even dancing with trees to create an embodiment of each lesson.
You’ll also receive instructional home videos guided meditation, sexy AF homework and energy work including chakra balancing and orgasmic breath training. (Yes. We talk a lot about the big O in life) …
